EIC Accelerator submission

HalalRegTech AI is the subject of a European Innovation Council Accelerator submission under FinTech / AI / RegTech. The project runs €2.2M over 24 months, with €1.5M EIC grant, €600K strategic investor allocation, and €100K from Gottesman Investments reserves — funding shipping, not inventing. The roadmap takes the system from TRL 6 today to TRL 8 with external attestation: SOC 2 Type I/II, ISO 27001, AAOIFI-aligned advisory engagement, and sovereign-tier deployment for GCC pilots.
